The wall goes up
Sixteen women are pinned, each with a polaroid, a trade, and a dated second opinion of the place. State one thing you are sure of and the woman furthest from agreeing writes back. She remembers how it ended.
Starting costs nothing. New members spend 3 days with all sixteen; afterwards a single frame permits 10 messages daily, and Plus removes the cap.
Portraits and the home banner are in place. There is no video, and should that ever change, you will read about it here before anywhere else.
